Mini Donuts: 100 Bite-Sized Donut Recipes to Sweeten Your "Hole" Day By Jessica Segarra

Christine from Cook the Story and I spoke with Jessica from The Novice Chef Blog last week about her brand new book that just released earlier this month: about her new cookbook, Mini Donuts: 100 Bite-Sized Donut Recipes To Sweeten Your “Hole” Day. Jessica’s book is full of detailed recipes for any novice or advanced baker to make their own fabulous mini donuts! She breaks down what equipment as well as methods to use. 100 mouthwatering recipes that any donut lover would be drooling over! During our chat we spoke about the process of creating a cookbook, photography, and our favorite recipes!

If you watched you may have noticed that Christine was in a different location… she was on vacation in Philly and decided to give up an hour of her vacation time to chat with us (such a kind and devote friend)! We also had quite a bit of technical difficulties during our chat! We are starting to share the links to our chats as its broadcasted live in hopes for more people to watch us live. However, I think that tricky Google has made some more changes to its ever-changing policies. Thus, we had quite a few people physically hangout with us! Always makes for good times!

Here are a few tantilizing donut recipes:

Lemon Poppy Seed Donuts from The Novice Chef Blog

Baked Red Velvet Donuts from Katie’s Cucina

Whether you are a donut lover at heart or know of a donut lover; Mini Donuts: 100 Bite-Sized Donut Recipes To Sweeten Your “Hole” Day would make a fabulous holiday gift!
