{Google+ Hangout} Healthy Flavors for Healthy Food

This week we spoke with Dianna from The Kitchen Prep about how to use healthy flavors to create healthy foods. Think about it… just a few sprinkles of an aromatic spice can bring an bland steamed vegetable to life! I love using fresh herbs in a lot of my dishes because they make everything taste better and well because I grow them and am lucky enough to have an abundance of them!
