Yesterday, I shared a video with you on how to make Buttermilk Waffles with blueberry syrup and freshly whipped cream using my trusty KitchenAid® Waffle Baker. Today, I’m excited to give a Waffle Baker to one lucky reader!
Like I mentioned yesterday, this is (in my opinion) the holy grail of all waffle makers.I received one as a gift 5 years ago and have been using it ever since. I honestly can’t imagine my lift without waffles and of course this fabulous waffle baker.
In case you missed my post yesterday let me just recap some of the amazing features this Waffle Baker has to offer:
- Its double sided so you can cook twice the amount of waffles in less time.
- The Waffle Baker makes two 7-1/2″ diameter by 1-1/4″ thick grand Belgian waffles in less than five minutes (I find that 3 minutes 15 seconds is the golden number for me).
- There is a sleek drip channel along edges to help prevent overflow and spills.
- It has non-stick waffle plates that can easily be wiped clean with a paper towel or damp cloth.
And because I like to really show you how things work… I created an animated GIF showing you how to pour the waffle batter into the Waffle Baker! A big thanks to my hand model… my husband. With a little guidance I was able to teach him how to pour the perfect amount of batter into the waffle baker!

I love waffles, especially blueberry waffles! Frozen waffles taste less like waffles than the box they come in but waffle makers can be frustrating and intimidating. So happy to see this beauty worked for you and would LOVE it to work for me too!

Nothing beats canadian maple syrup on waffle. Especially if the syrop is from my cousin’s maple farm;) I made some chocolate ones too.
In a hurry , I will take a german cake mix +2 cup of flour, eggs etc.The nuts and coconuts in the mix dressed with strawbwrries and whipped cream makes for a delicious treat!

Oh, this would be fabulous. I got a little cheapy waffle iron from Target and they come out pretty thin. Would love to have a thick fluffy waffle! My favorite way to have a waffle is with whipped cream, fresh berries and a drizzle of syrup.

Ever since I ate a strawberries and cream crepe at The Bayside Skillet in Ocean City, i’ve been eating strawberries and whipped cream on my waffles. Have you ever eaten waffles with frozen yogurt as the topping? My parents used to make that for breakfast on special occasions. Another favourite of mine is to toss a handful of chopped pecans onto the batter before I close the waffle iron. Delicious!
Me and my husband love waffles and visit Waffle House quite frequently. I would love to own a good waffle maker so that I can make them from scratch for my husband….warm and fresh! I love my Kitchen Aid Stand Mixer and am sure that the Kitchen Aid Waffle Baker will be a great addition!

I usually just add butter and a good maple syrup and put blueberries in the batter. The recipe that you have for blueberry syrup sounds really good. I’m going to try your waffle recipe and the toppings the next time my husband and I are home on a weekend (we both work two jobs and time together is fleeting at present…) The waffle iron is a great idea! I’d love to have one of those – it would definitely get all of the waffles to the table quicker.
