Guest Posting Today over at Rachel Cooks!
Happy Friday! I hope everyone had a lovely Valentine’s Day! My husband showered me with roses and took me out to a nice dinner. Something of which we hardly ever do on Valentine’s Day. I typically cook (and he will help), but for some reason we just wanted to go out this year. Plus, we eat out maybe once a week. So it was a really nice treat to have the night off and enjoy time with the one I love.
Today, I’m guest posting over at Rachel Cooks! I’m sharing my Smoked Paprika and Shallot Brussels Sprouts. I made this side dish last month when I made my Crunchy-Baked Chicken Strips and Olive Oil Mashed Potatoes and Cauliflower. These brussels sprouts complimented both the chicken and potatoes so incredibly well.
Over the past year I’ve really started to embrace using smoked paprika in dishes. It all started with my Candied Smoked Paprika Cherry Berries. One would say it was downhill from there; however, we all know it really wasn’t downhill in a bad way–our food is well seasoned. What I love about smoked paprika is that a little goes a long way!
So what are you waiting for… head on over to Rachel Cooks to get this tasty side dish recipe!
