One Pot Fettuccine Alfredo For Two

Thank you Circulon for sponsoring today’s recipe. As always all opinions and experiences are my own.

One Pot Fettuccine Alfredo For Two

I’m excited to partner with my friends at Circulon today to bring you the most delicious One Pot Fettuccine Alfredo For Two. It’s wedding season and many newlyweds tend to learn how to cook together. What a better way to cook together than to make a creamy cheesy fettuccine alfredo. This is a family favorite and I’m glad because it takes 20 minutes from start to finish! Talking about family, I couldn’t post today without shouting to the rooftops that I have a two year old as of today. It’s pretty terrifying if you ask me and also crazy how quickly two years has gone by!

Ok so let’s get back to the food. For this recipe I used the Circulon Innovatum 10 piece Cookset found at Target. When I was engaged to get married one of the places we registered was Target. They have everything–who doesn’t love Target? We wanted to make it as easy as possible for our guest so a Target wedding registry was the ticket.

So let’s talk about the one pot Fettuccine Alfredo for a minute. I mentioned above that it only takes 20 minutes from start to finish. This is a dish I make in my kitchen at least once a month. Sometimes I’ll even whip this up for lunch on a weekend and if we happen to have a protein available I add that on top. Even my mom was shocked by how easy this is to make and delicious. The secret ingredients are heavy cream and lots of freshly grated Parmesan cheese! And it’s made in one pot so you have very little to clean up after dinner (or lunch is over).

Once again, my friends at Circulon want to shower one of my fabulous loyal readers with their very own Circulon Innovatum 10 piece Cookset! Just wait for the rafflecopter widget to load or click on the link. Fill out at least the mandatory question for a chance to win. One winner will be chosen at random on 4/15. Must reside in the USA and be 18 years of age or older.
