Enjoy the flavors of the season with this easy drink recipe for Cranberry Apple Sangria.

cranberry apple sangria

Let’s talk about sangria. I love it. It’s so versatile and most of the time only requires a few ingredients to make a fizzy adult beverage. Last month, I was entertaining friends and whipped up this Cranberry Apple Sangria. I had dreamed it up in my head and was hoping it would taste as delicious as my mind had thought it would. And of course, my mind was right. This sangria was beyond delicious.

This is a light and refreshing drink perfect for sipping on for the New Year. And so so easy to put together. All you need is Cranberry-Apple juice and a bottle of Prosecco. That’s it! And if it’s available for garnish you can add in fresh cranberries and apple slices. That makes the sangria look super fancy and impressive. I promise your friends will be wowed. Mine were and then after they found out how simple it was to make they were shocked!

I love using ingredients that are in season and cranberries and apples are both in peak season right now. I like to incorporate cranberries into a lot of my recipes throughout the year so I normally freeze a bag or two of cranberries so that I can use them throughout the year. They freeze beautifully! If your entertaining this New Years Eve, whether its just two of you or a whole house full, I invite you to make my cranberry apple sangria!
