Easy Game Day Entertaining with GOODFOODS
Today, I’m sharing a secret weapon for easy game day entertaining. I don’t know about you but I like to watch the game and not spend all my time in the kitchen preparing food for us to eat for the game. Because we have a pool at our new house we have found ourselves doing a lot of impromptu entertaining and because of this I’ve found myself turning to the refrigerated dip section to help ease my entertaining needs.
I actually got to hang out with the people of GOODFOODS at the Produce Marketing Associations national annual conference the other weekend ago. PMA is basically the produce area of your local supermarket times a million. It’s amazing and you will eat your weight in fruits and veggies. You get to connect with the brands and also learn about the latest and greatest products and trends. When I finally made it to the GOODFOODS booth, I got to sample EVERYTHING. I was in heaven! What I like about GOODFOODS is that it’s prepared fresh! For instance the guacamole is scooped by hand so you get chunks of avocado in every bite. You can serve it directly in the packaging or remove it from the packaging and play it off as your own thanks to the chunks of avocado–no one would ever know it came from a package!
Speaking of the guac… this is what GOODFOODS has to say about their guacamole: “With Hass Avocados which are considered a source of good fats, fiber & folate with nearly 20 vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients for healthy eating. Superfood awesomeness.”
Wondering about the flavors they have? Here are just a few of the flavors GOODFOODS makes:
• Tableside ® Pineapple Poblano Guacamole
• Tableside ® Southwest Guacamole
• Tableside ® Spicy Tomatillo Guacamole
• Artichoke Jalapeno Dip
• Feta Cucumber Dip
