Learn how to make Prosciutto Mozzarella and Asparagus Naan Flatbreads. Easy appetizer recipe anyone can bake at home!

We love flatbreads in our house. They are easy to make and sky is the limit on toppings. I recently started buying naan bread in my local grocery store. I decided to make a flatbread out of it. That’s how this recipe for Prosciutto Mozzarella and Asparagus Naan Flatbreads came about.
I was hosting a moscato wine tasting party and needed a few appetizers. Since I already had prosciutto and mozzarella on hand I figured I would make a flatbread using those ingredients. Let’s get real everything taste better with Boursin cheese! I figured I couldn’t go wrong. And I added the shaved asparagus on top to make it a little fancy! Of course thanks to my garden and the insane amount of basil I have right now I topped the cooked flatbreads with fresh basil! Within minutes I had delicious Prosciutto Mozzarella and Asparagus Naan Flatbreads.
Everyone loved them and wanted more. This is the perfect appetizer for entertaining. If you wanted to make these for dinner I would do 1 naan flatbread per person plus pair it with a salad and maybe even a bowl of soup! Even my 1 year old loved this flatbread. Of course it was his first taste of Boursin. Once again who doesn’t love Boursin cheese?
