Black Bean and Corn Salad


01: Ingredients

Black beans, corn, tomatoes, lime, salt, roasted red pepper, cilantro, jalapeños, green onions, and grape tomatoes!


In a  bowl add corn, black beans, cilantro, green onions,  roasted red bell peppers, and grape tomatoes sliced in half.


Next, sprinkle salt, zest of a lime and lime juice. If you like a little heat, add in diced jalapeño if desired.


Finally, mix your salad well, seal container, and chill for 30 minutes or until you are ready to serve.
