Cauliflower Purée

Cauliflower, Butter, Garlic, Leeks, Heavy Cream, Salt, Pepper, Parlsey, & Panko.

BOIL & PUREE

Boil the cauliflower, saute the leeks and garlic. Then puree everything in a blender.

TOAST BREAD CRUMBS

Toast bread crumbs until golden in color. 

TOP & ENJOY

Top the Cauliflower Purée with the toasted bread crumbs, divide evenly among plates & enjoy!
