Creamed Spinach

01: Ingredients

Fresh spinach, heavy cream, butter, garlic, and cornstarch.

Melt butter then add the spinach to the saute pan.

Place a lid on the pan and let the spinach wilt. Then season with salt, pepper, and garlic.

Mix the cornstarch with the heavy cream.

Add the cream mixture to the fresh spinach and mix until thick.

The spinach should look like this after one minute.
