Pie crust, Blueberries, Granulated Sugar, Cornstarch, Lemon Juice, an Egg, and Turbinado Sugar
Roll pie crust on parchment paper and Preheat oven to 400°F. Then, mix blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice in bowl.
Pour filling onto crust, leaving 2-3 inch border. Then, fold edges of crust over filling.
Whisk egg, brush onto crust, sprinkle with sugar and bake until golden. Then, cool for 20 minutes, serve, and enjoy!
