Chicken Chimichangas

INGREDIENTS

Flour tortillas, shredded chicken, cheese, refried beans, oil, and toppings.

FILL CHIMICHANGAS

Fill the chimichangas; layer refired beans, shredded chicken, and cheese.

FOLD

Fold the chungas, by folding top and bottom over, then rolling into an envelope.

FRY

Fry each chimichanga individually until golden brown. Place on a paper towel lined plate.
