INGREDIENTS

Rotisserie chicken carcass, celery, carrots, onions, parsley, pepper, and chicken bouillon.

MAKE STOCK

Place the chicken carcass & vegetables with water in a stock pot. Boil until soft.

STRAIN

Remove the chicken carcass and vegetables. Strain over a collander.

DIVIDE INTO CONTAINERS

Place the chicken stock in freezer-safe containers.
