Combine the olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic rosemary, and black pepper in a bowl
Sprinkle the chicken with 1 teaspoon salt on each side, then add chicken to the marinade. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Cook the chicken breast for 10 minutes on each side. Remove from grill. Let cool for 5 minutes, then serve.
