With Sour Cream

Mashed Potatoes


Potatoes, Salt, Butter, Sour Cream, Chives, Garlic, and Black Pepper

Add salt and water to your pot and begin boiling the potatoes for 15-20 minutes, then drain the potatoes.

While the potatoes drain, melt the butter in the pot. once half way melted, remove the pot from heat.

Add the potatoes back to the pot with the sour cream, chives, minced garlic, and black pepper.

Mix the potatoes until smooth and creamy, then serve immediately.
