Mexican Rice

INGREDIENTS

Broth, onion, cilantro, rice, tomato sauce, Ro*Tel, peas and carrots, garlic, jalapeno, oil, and seasonings

COOK & SEASON RICE

Fry rice, then add in vegetables and broth followed by tomato sauce and seasonings.

Cook with lid on for 15 minutes,  stirring occasionally. 

STIR & FLUFF

Stir in peas, carrots, and cilantro. Cover off the burner for 10 minutes. Then fluff rice with fork.
