Kielbasa Breakfast

POLISH

INGREDIENTS

Kielbasa, frozen hash browns, bell peppers, onion, salt & pepper, paprika, parsley, eggs

SAUTEE

Place kielbasa in skillet, then add the hash browns and 2 tbsp of water. Cook on, medium-high heat for 10 minutes.

ADD AROMATICS

Add in diced bell peppers and onions, and the seasonings. Cook for 10 min.

ADD EGGS

Add parsley, then make four holes in the pan for the eggs. Cook on low for 5 min.

BAKE

For the last 5 min of cooking, place skillet in oven to bake at 425 degrees.

SERVE

Divide skillet into four pieces and serve with a garnish of chopped parsley!
