Mashed Potatoes

Potatoes, Water, Garlic, Salt, Black Pepper, Butter, Heavy Cream, and Parsley!

Peel potatoes and cut into cubes of similar size, then place the potatoes in the Instant Pot with water, salt, and garlic. Close the lid and steam for 10 minutes.

Once the potatoes are done, do a quick pressure release and drain them Return the potatoes back to the Pot and mash them with a potato masher. Let the steam escape for a few minutes before mixing in butter and heavy cream.

Salt and pepper to taste, and garnish with parsley before serving immediately.
