Ground beef, egg, onion, black pepper, worchestire sauce, beef stock, bread crumbs, parsley, and grapeseed oil.
Thinly slice onions, and cook down until golden in color.
Mix the ground beef with egg, breadcrumbs, worchestire, and spices.
Form patties and begin to cook in a large skillet.
Mix stock with cornstarch and worchestire.
Pour mixture into skillet and begin stirring until thickened.

Simmer in graavy until ready to serve.
