Ingredients

Bacon fat, green beans, leeks, garlic, salt, and black pepper

Place the bacon fat into a frying pan on medium heat. Add in your ingredients, then place the lid on the pan and reduce heat to medium-low.

Cook for 3-5 minutes, then stir all the ingredients together. Continue cooking for 15 minutes, then divide evenly among plates, and enjoy!
