Pulled Pork

SLOW COOKER

INGREDIENTS

Pork shoulder, pineapple juice, onions, black pepper salt, and garlic powder.

MIX THE RUB

Mix together the salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Rub all over the pork. 

ONIONS

Place sliced onions on the bottom of the slow cooker.

PORK BUTT

Place the pork butt fat side up. Then pour on the pineapple juice. Cook for 10 hours.

SHRED

Remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred. Add your favorite bbq sauce.
