Collard greens, ham, butter, spices, vinegar, season slat, gravy, mustard, olive oil, and brown sugar.

SAUTE

Saute olive oil and dried onions.

MIX

Mix in spices, brown sugar, butter, and gravy. 

LIQUID

Add in the liquid. 

GREENS & HAM

Add the collard greens and ham to the pot. 

STIR & SIMMER

Stir the greens and simmer for an hour.
