SWORDFISH

INGREDIENTS

Swordfish Steaks, garlic powder, salt & pepper, olive oil, garlic herb butter.

PREP

Preheat oven to 400 degrees and rub steaks with oil and rub in the seasoning both sides. 

SEAR

Heat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat and add oil. Sear steaks on both sides.

BAKE

Place the skillet in the oven and bake for 8 minutes until the fish reaches 165 degrees.

FINAL TOUCHES

Remove the fish from the oven and top with the butter and the juice from half a lemon.

SERVE

Serve the steaks immediately with a side of baked potatoes and greens.
