turkey breast, salt, pepper, poultry seasoning, carrots, garlic, unsalted butter, and water
Rub the seasonings and butter on top of the turkey breast.
Place the carrots, garlic, and water in the crock pot.
Place the turkey on top. Cook for 6 hours on low.
Pour the drippings in a sauce pan and mix with a cornstarch slurry until thick.
Slice and serve!
