Turkey, celery, carrots, onions, stuffing, flour, chives, egg, and parsley.
Place the turkey carcass & vegetables with water in a stock pot. Boil until vegetables are soft.
remove the turkey carcass before making the dumplings.
Combine the flour, eggs, chives together then add in the stuffing. Mix well.
Scoop the stuffing dumplings and carefully place in the stock.
Once the dumplings are cooked you can ladle into bowls and enjoy.
