turkey tenderloin, salt, garlic powder, pepper, smoked paprika, grapeseed oil, and barbecue sauce.
Mix all the spices together.
Pour oil on turkey and massage the rub into the tenderloins.
Grill for 15-20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
Rub barbecue on top of cooked tenderloins.
Let rest 5 minutes then slice.
