Turkey, butter, mushrooms, peas, carrots, thyme, flour, salt, pepper, milk, and Parmesan cheese.
Melt the butter in the skillet. Whisk in the flour and cook for 1 minute. Then pour in milk.
Whisk in the Parmesan cheese until melted.
Add the peas and carrots to the cheese sauce.
Add the cooked mushrooms and turkey.
Mix in the fresh pasta.
Pour in the baking dish and top with more cheese. Bake until hot and bubbly.
