Ingredients

Meatballs, onion, celery, garlic, shredded carrots, spinach, Italian seasoning, acini de pepe, and chicken broth.

Begin to sweat the shredded carrots, celery, and onion with olive oil.

Add a cup of chicken broth and seasonings. 

Add the remaining broth and bring to a boil.

Add the acini de pepe and meatballs to the boiling broth. Cook until pasta is done.

Stir in the chopped spinach.
