Grilled Asparagus with Bacon Ranch Greek Yogurt Dressing

 I choose a side dish because I think that most people associate dressing with just salads. But dressings can be very versatile and I wanted all of you to see just that.

Ingredients

  • 1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch Greek Yogurt Salad Dressing Mix
  • 3 tablespoon whole milk
  • 1-½ cups non-fat plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 lb. asparagus
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1 cooked bacon strip crumbled

Instructions

  • In a large bowl mix together the Hidden Valley Ranch Greek Yogurt Salad Dressing Mix, milk, and Greek yogurt. Set in the refrigerator and allow to chill for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the grill to 350 degrees. Cut the ends off the asparagus, drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle salt and pepper on top of the asparagus.
  • Grill for 10 minutes flipping halfway through the cooking process. Remove from grill. Drizzle about a ¼ cup Hidden Valley Ranch Greek Yogurt Salad Dressing on top of the asparagus spears. Crumble bacon on top, divide amongst 4 plates and enjoy.
