Grilled Asparagus with Bacon Ranch Greek Yogurt Dressing
I choose a side dish because I think that most people associate dressing with just salads. But dressings can be very versatile and I wanted all of you to see just that.
1packet Hidden Valley Ranch Greek Yogurt Salad Dressing Mix
3tablespoonwhole milk
1-½cupsnon-fat plain Greek Yogurt
1lb.asparagus
1tablespoonolive oil
¼teaspoonsalt
black pepper to taste
1cooked bacon stripcrumbled
Instructions
In a large bowl mix together the Hidden Valley Ranch Greek Yogurt Salad Dressing Mix, milk, and Greek yogurt. Set in the refrigerator and allow to chill for 30 minutes.
Preheat the grill to 350 degrees. Cut the ends off the asparagus, drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle salt and pepper on top of the asparagus.
Grill for 10 minutes flipping halfway through the cooking process. Remove from grill. Drizzle about a ¼ cup Hidden Valley Ranch Greek Yogurt Salad Dressing on top of the asparagus spears. Crumble bacon on top, divide amongst 4 plates and enjoy.
