  • In a high power blender, place all the ingredients in the blender. Blend for 45 seconds on high or until the fruit and ice are smooth.
  • Divide evenly between two glasses and garnish with additional pineapple if desired.

Notes

  • Frozen Fruit - You can use frozen pineapple instead of fresh if you don't have any on hand. Canned pineapple also works well too! Frozen bananas and peaches work well too. Just use less ice if using frozen fruit.
  • Peeling - No need to peel the peaches. They will blend into the smoothie.
  • Make Ahead - You can prep smoothie packs ahead of time by chopping all the fruit then freezing in individual bags. Then just add in the omega swirl before you go to blend (no need for ice since the fruit will already be frozen).
