Grassfed Blueberry & Almond Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 6 oz. Stonyfield Organic 100% Grassfed Vanilla Yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh organic blueberries
  • ¼ cup sliced organic almonds
  • 2 tablespoons organic golden flax seed mill
  • 2 tablespoons organic honey
  • 2 cups ice

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a blender. On blender setting, blend for 45 seconds.
  • Divide evenly among two glasses and enjoy.

Out of blueberries? Give raspberries a whirl.
