Ingredients

  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender. Blend for 30 seconds until smooth.
  • Pour into a salad shaker, use immediately or store in a sealed tight container for 1 week.

Notes

Don't stop at salads - this is a great chicken marinade as well!
