Equipment

  • 1 Blender

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 tablespoons PBfit powder
  • 2 cups seedless red grapes
  • 5.3 oz. Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • ¼ cup whole milk
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

  • In a high performance blender combine ingredients in the exact order listed above. Blend for 45 seconds (or on smoothie setting).
  • Divide evenly among glasses and enjoy!

Notes

  • Frozen Fruit - Instead of using ice that can water down the smoothie you can freeze the banana and grapes the night before making and blend without ice.
  • Peanut Butter - If you don't have peanut butter powder, don't worry. You can use ¼ cup of creamy peanut butter to the blender.
  • Yogurt - Want less tang? Use regular yogurt verse Greek yogurt. I like to use an individual container of yogurt but you can use ¾ cup serving.
