Equipment

  • Oven

Ingredients

  • 1 Flatout Flatbread
  • 3 tablespoons Boursin Garlic and Fine Herb Cheese
  • 3 tablespoons Cranberry sauce
  • ½ cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 slices Turkey breast thinly sliced
  • Parsley and black pepper for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Pre-bake the flatbread for 2 minutes.
  • Then, smear Boursin cheese on the top of the flatbread. Followed by the cranberry sauce. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top and arrange sliced turkey breast. Sprinkle with parsley and black pepper.
  • Bake for 5 minutes or until the cheese has melted and is golden brown.
  • Slice into 4 pieces and enjoy immediately.

Notes

  • Quantity - Like I mentioned above, this recipe is for one flatbread; however, you can easily make multiple flatbreads at once. Just multiply the ingredients.
  • Baking - You can use the oven or I even bake this in my toaster oven since it was only one, but if you are making a few flatbreads feel free to turn on the oven. I always place the flatbreads on a baking sheet.
  • Cheese - If you don't have Boursin on hand you can use any soft cheese. I have also used whipped cream cheese or even goat cheese!
