Ingredients
½
cup
reduced-fat sour cream
2
tablespoons
fresh lemon juice
approximately one lemon
2
tablespoons
chopped fresh dill
1
tablespoon
sugar
salt and pepper to taste
4
cucumbers
seeded, halved lengthwise and thinly sliced (I used the slicer blade on my food processor)
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except cucumbers. Use a whisk or a fork to combine until smooth.
Add cucumbers and stir to coat. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Best consumed the same day it is prepared.
