Strawberry Banana Smoothie

Make this delicious Strawberry banana smoothie recipe for breakfast or an afternoon snack. With just three ingredients and in under 5 minutes time you will have a delicious smoothie in hand. The perfect way to use up fruit that might be on its way out.

Ingredients

  • 2 Bananas
  • 2 Gala Apples quartered core removed
  • 2 cups Frozen strawberries
  • ¼ cup Water

Instructions

  • Add the bananas, apples (peel on but cored), frozen strawberries and water to a high-speed blender.
  • Blend on smoothie (high) setting for 45 seconds. If the smoothie isn't smooth blend for an additional 45 seconds.
  • Divide evenly among two cups and enjoy.

Notes

  • Sweetener - This smoothie recipe does not need any sweetener. The natural sweetness of the fruit works perfectly for this recipe.
  • Dairy - You can add in ½ cup of yogurt to make this smoothie creamier.
