Mango Raspberry Pops

I’m sharing this simple 3 ingredient recipe for Mango Raspberry Pops! Yes, just three ingredients and is ready to eat in less than 15 minutes. Nothing like a sweet refreshing treat on a hot summer day.

Equipment

  • 1 Food Processor
  • 1 Duo Quick Pop Maker

Ingredients

  • ½ cup mango
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 8 raspberry divided

Instructions

  • In a food processor, puree the mango and powdered sugar for 15 seconds.
  • Then, pour half the mango puree into the ZOKU Duo Quick Pop Maker. Place 2 raspberries in each pop mould. Pour a little more mango puree followed by 2 more raspberries and remainder of the puree. Place the sticks in the ZOKU and let it sit for 10 minutes.
  • Using the super tool remove the pops from the Duo Quick Pop Maker and enjoy!

Notes

These can also be made in a regular freezer mold - make them after breakfast to be ready come evening.
