- 3 bone-in thin-cut pork chops
- ½ cup apple butter + more for serving
- green onions for garnish
In a zip-top bag, marinate pork chops in ½ cup of apple butter for 1 day in the refrigerator.
Preheat oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Remove pork chops from refrigerator and place on a baking tray. Bake for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven, serve immediately, and garnish with sliced green onion and additional apple butter if desired.
- Apple Butter - If you don't have homemade on hand you can use store bought apple butter instead.
- Protein - You can make this with chicken or even a turkey tenderloin instead of pork.
