Notes
Freshness is Key - Always use fresh strawberries and mint leaves for the best flavor. Bruised or wilted herbs won't give you the aromatic punch you desire.
Adjust the Sweetness - Tailor the sweetness to your taste. If you prefer a sweeter cocktail, add a touch more simple syrup. For a tangier twist, increase the lime juice.
Crush Gently - When muddling the strawberries and mint, be gentle. Over-muddling can release bitter compounds from the mint leaves.
The Ice Matters - Use crushed ice for a quicker chill and more surface area for flavor infusion. It also makes your drink look stunning.
Garnish with Flair - A sprig of fresh mint and a strawberry slice make for a visually appealing garnish. Serve your Strawberry Mojito in a tall glass with a colorful straw for that extra "wow" factor.
