  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt divided

4 Russet Potatoes, Avocado Oil Spray, 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • Air Fry for 30 minutes, flipping half way through. Once done let sit for 5 minutes. Split the middle of the cooked potatoes with the tines of a fork. Add toppings and enjoy.

Notes

  • Large Potatoes - Times may need to be adjusted if you are using jumbo baking potatoes. This recipe has been tested on smaller Idaho Russet potatoes.
  • Toppings - We love to put butter, sour cream, shredded cheese, chopped chives, and crispy bacon.
  • Salt - You can omit the salt if you don't want the extra sodium. This is simply something that most restaurants do to add flavor to the skin.
