Equipment

  • 1 Mason Jar

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Kosher Salt
  • ¼ cup Ground Black Pepper
  • ¼ cup Garlic Powder

Instructions

  • In a glass jar pour the salt, pepper, and garlic powder together. Mix well.

Notes

  • Storage - I like to use a glass mason jar. If sealed properly the seasoning is good for up to 6 months.
  • Seasoning Use - A little sprinkle can go along way and can be used to season vegetables and proteins like fish, chicken, and pork.
  • Yield - This recipe yields 1 cup of seasoning. Calories are calculated based on a single teaspoon serving size.
