My Oreo Cheesecake Brownies will be the talk of your next gathering. These cheesecake brownies easily come together in under an hour thanks to store bought brownie mix paired with a homemade cheesecake filling that is loaded with tons of OREO cookies. A quick chill in the fridge and you will be ready to serve and enjoy with those you love.

24ouncesCream Cheesesoftened to room temperature
1Eggroom temperature
½cup granulated sugar
1teaspoonVanilla Extract
16OREO cookiesdivided
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Line a 9 x 9 metal square baking dish with parchment paper. Then spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Mix together the brownie mix according to the packaging. Then pour the browning batter into the parchment lined baking pan.

In a separate bowl, using a KitchenAid Stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, mix together the cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Set to the side.
24 ounces Cream Cheese, 1 Egg, ½ cup granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Place 12 whole OREO cookies on top of the brownie mix. Then pour the cheesecake filling on top.

Then crush 6 OREO cookies and sprinkle on top of the cheesecake filling.

Bake for 45 minutes or until cheesecake and brownies are set and edges are slightly golden.
Cool on a wire rack until at room temperature and then refrigerate for at least 1-2 hour before serving.
Notes
Chocolate Chips - If you want extra sweet you can add in ½ cup of chocolate chips to the brownie batter.
Homemade Brownies - If you prefer to make homemade brownies you can make your favorite recipe.
Over Mixing - Make sure you do not over mix the cheesecake batter or else you will have cracks in the cheesecake.
Doubling - Looking to serve more people? You can double this recipe and use a 9 x 14 baking pan.
