  • Mixing Bowl

  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 ½ teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 ¼ teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 ¼ teaspoons dried thyme
  • Dash of red pepper flakes

  • In a bowl, place the salt, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, onion powder, cayenne pepper, oregano, thyme, and a dash of red pepper flakes. Stir well until evenly blended.
  • Transfer to an airtight container, store in a cool dry location, and use within 3 months.

  • Storage - I like to store my spice mixes in a mason jar. Make sure you label the jar and place it in a dark spot like a cabinet to rest.
  • Yields - Recipe yields ¼ cup of seasoning mix.
