In a bowl, place the salt, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, onion powder, cayenne pepper, oregano, thyme, and a dash of red pepper flakes. Stir well until evenly blended.
Transfer to an airtight container, store in a cool dry location, and use within 3 months.

Storage - I like to store my spice mixes in a mason jar. Make sure you label the jar and place it in a dark spot like a cabinet to rest.
