Place all the ingredients (minus the chocolate chips) in a stand mixer, fitted with a paddle attachment. Mix on medium-low until mixed together. Then add in the chocolate chips and mix well.
Place in the refrigerator and let rest for at least 30 minutes. Using a cookie scoop, scoop into balls (roll with hands), and place in an airtight container. Repeat until all the batter is rolled. Store in the freezer and enjoy!
