Equipment

Ingredients

  • 2 cups ice
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 ripe peach pitted
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple with juice + additional pineapple for garnish
  • 2 teaspoons Barlean's Fish Oil Omega Swirl Pina Colada

Instructions

  • In a high power blender, place all the ingredients in the blender. Blend for 45 seconds on high or until the fruit and ice are smooth.
  • Divide evenly between two glasses and garnish with additional pineapple if desired.

Notes

  • You can use frozen pineapple instead of fresh if you don't have any on hand. Canned pineapple also works well too!
  • Frozen bananas and peaches work well too. Just use less ice if using frozen fruit.
  • No need to peel the peaches. They will blend into the smoothie.
