Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons white granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 opal apple diced
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 16 oz. bag cabbage mix for coleslaw

Instructions

  • In a large bowl combine together the mayonnaise, white granulated sugar, apple cider vinegar, salt and black pepper. Whisk until combined.
  • Next, add in the the diced Opal apple and dried cranberries. Mix well, then add in the the cabbage mix. Mix well and then refrigerate for one hour.
