2phö liquid beef broth concentrateor 1 tablespoon beef base
¼cupshredded carrots
¼cupfresh bean sprouts
¼cupred bell pepperjulienned
1tablespoonfresh cilantro
1tablespoonfresh green onionthinly sliced
½limejuiced
1bundle rice noodles
2cupshot water
Sriracha sauce for topping
Instructions
In a large glass bowl (such as the OXO Snapware), layer the beef base, shredded carrots, bean sprouts, red bell pepper, fresh cilantro and green onions. Squeeze lime juice on top and place one bundle of rice noodles on top. (If packing for lunch place lid on top, store in refrigerator, and wait to eat later).
Pour hot water on top of noodles, and set to the side for one minute. Give the noodle bowl a good stir and top with sriracha sauce. Enjoy immediately.

Swap the beef broth for vegetable for a perfect vegan dish.
