In a blender combine the brewed coffee, Coffee-mate Salted Caramel Chocolate Creamer, caramel sauce (if you want it sweeter) and ice. Blend on a smoothie setting for 45 seconds.
Remove from the blender and divide evenly among two glasses. Top with whipped cream and caramel sauce. Drink immediately.
