Use up the last of the holiday turkey and cranberry sauce leftovers with my easy 10 minute recipe for Turkey Cranberry Flatbreads. This makes for the perfect easy lunch or dinner after a day full of cooking!
Then, smear Boursin cheese on the top of the flatbread. Followed by the cranberry sauce. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top and arrange sliced turkey breast. Sprinkle with parsley and black pepper.
Bake for 5 minutes or until the cheese has melted and is golden brown.
Slice into 4 pieces and enjoy immediately.
Notes
Quantity - Like I mentioned above, this recipe is for one flatbread; however, you can easily make multiple flatbreads at once. Just multiply the ingredients.
Baking - You can use the oven or I even bake this in my toaster oven since it was only one, but if you are making a few flatbreads feel free to turn on the oven. I always place the flatbreads on a baking sheet.
Cheese - If you don't have Boursin on hand you can use any soft cheese. I have also used whipped cream cheese or even goat cheese!
