What do you do when you still have leftover turkey and cranberry after the holidays? You make an individual Turkey and Cranberry Flatbread! Super simple to put together and full of flavors!

  • Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Farenheit.
  • While the oven preheats, begin to assemble the flatbread. Smear Boursin cheese on the top of the flatbread. Followed by the whole-berry cranberry sauce. Sprinkle mozzerella cheese on top and arrange sliced turkey breast. Sprinkle with parsley and black pepper.
  • Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted and is golden brown. Sliceinto 4 pieces and enjoy immediately.
